Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 3 years' supervisory experience in a 4-5 star hotel or quality restaurant.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Willing to work any day and any shift.
• Professional appearance and team player.
• Solid F&B product and service knowledge.
• Knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines, wines, cocktails and service.
• Alert to F&B trends and strong leadership abilities.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Training experience required.
• Proficient in business report writing and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outlet operation and provide supervision, direction, and leadership to supervisors and staff on shifts.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction; work with the team to meet guest needs.
• Be knowledgeable about cuisines, wines, cocktails, and service for the outlet.
• Advance financial goals and discuss variances with outlet management.
• Prepare to work in other outlets when required and support the outlet manager.
• Develop promotional ideas to improve revenues and profitability.
• Review operating results with the team and identify performance improvements.
• Monitor cashiering procedures in line with accounting standards.
• Minimize wastage and maintain labor productivity; inspect table setups and cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints and incidents; supervise and train team members.
• Foster teamwork, feedback, recognition, and mutual respect.
