Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: AA or equivalent, 1–2 years' related experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills: work well with diverse backgrounds, maintain confidentiality.
• Language Skills: fluency in English, clear verbal and written communication.
• Computer Skills: basic computer use, MS Office, records/attendance tasks.
• Certificates/Licenses: NCLB compliance and CPR/First Aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students individually or in groups with lesson assignments.
• Maintain record keeping, attendance, and grading support.
• Supervise students in classroom, recess, and lunch.
• Assist in preparing educational materials and setting up activities.
• Follow district policies and procedures.
