Qualifications

• Experience delivering outdoor education programmes or youth development activities.
• Experience with the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme or similar.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Passion for outdoor learning and youth development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Outdoor Education programme.
• Coordinate the International Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
• Organise outdoor learning activities and community engagement projects.
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding and health and safety.
• Manage resources, budgets, and communications.
