Job summary

Edwise International is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote overseas education services and strengthen our presence across schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. This field-intensive role requires extensive travel and active networking with education professionals.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship-building, and seminar coordination, delivering impactful presentations and building institutional partnerships to drive enrollments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, educational marketing, business development, admissions, or sales.
• Experience in overseas education industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational organisations to promote overseas education services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counsellors, placement officers, teachers, and institutional decision-makers.
• Identify and develop new institutional partnerships to expand the company's network.
• Organise and coordinate seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, workshops, and promotional events.
• Deliver presentations on overseas education opportunities, study destinations, universities, admission processes, scholarships, and visa pathways.
• Represent the company at educational events and exhibitions.
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure effective brand visibility at partner institutions.
• Generate quality student leads through institutional visits and promotional activities.
• Collect and maintain accurate student data and enquiry information.
• Ensure timely follow-up of leads by coordinating with the counselling and admissions teams.
• Meet monthly lead generation and institutional visit targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
• Develop new marketing initiatives to expand the company's reach.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and student preferences.
• Maintain records of daily field visits, institutional meetings, seminars conducted, and leads generated.
• Submit regular activity reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.
