Job summary

Alpha Cloud Commercial, Inc. (ACC Tires) is seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Associate to identify prospective customers in trucking, logistics, and related sectors.

You will initiate contact, qualify requirements, and transfer opportunities to the appropriate sales representative to drive qualified leads. You will use online directories, social networks, and referrals to uncover prospects, coordinate with field sales, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business, marketing, communications, or related course is preferred.
• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound telephone calls and sending professional business messages.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Able to ask structured questions, listen actively, and identify customer requirements.
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-up schedules.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, email, online research tools, and messaging applications.
• Experience in tires, automotive products, trucking, logistics, construction, fleet operations, or B2B distribution is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers within assigned industries, territories, and customer segments using online directories, social media, business listings, industry associations, and referrals
• Identify the correct decision-maker or person responsible for procurement, tire purchasing, fleet maintenance, or business operations
• Contact prospective customers through telephone calls, SMS, Viber, email, Facebook, and other approved channels
• Introduce ACC Tires, its products, tire brands, warehouse locations, and nationwide delivery capabilities
• Conduct an initial needs assessment to determine whether the prospect is a suitable potential customer
• Gather information about nature of business, number and type of vehicles operated, tire sizes and specifications, current tire brands or suppliers, estimated purchasing volume, purchase frequency, and purchasing process
• Classify leads according to their readiness and potential
• Assign or endorse qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative according to territory, account type, or management instructions
• Record all outbound activities, conversations, qualification details, and follow-up schedules in the company CRM
• Coordinate closely with field sales representatives, digital sales personnel, and the Sales Manager to obtain feedback regarding the quality and progress of endorsed leads
