Job summary

BEAWESOME, INC. at the Davao site seeks a Product Training Specialist to equip new hires and existing agents with product knowledge, soft skills, and system proficiency from day one. You will design and deliver onboarding programs, facilitate sessions, and coach staff to improve client interactions and performance.

The role emphasizes engaging training for non-voice channels and effective use of LMS tools to ensure consistent learning experiences across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer in BPO, customer support, or contact center.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating instructional content.
• Ability to design training for non-voice channels (email, chat, ticketing).
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

This role will focus on ensuring that all new hires and existing specialists are equipped with the product knowledge, soft skills, and systems proficiency needed to deliver world-class player support from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Initial
• Training and Onboarding programs
• Conduct onboarding and skills training for new and existing employees
• Facilitate training sessions, activities, and assessments to ensure learning objectives are met
• Coach employees to improve communication, BPO knowledge, and client interaction skills
• Identify training needs and implement strategies to enhance employee performance
• Promote critical thinking, time management, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you must have...

• Proven experience as a trainer in BPO, customer support, or contact center
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), developing instructional training content, and delivering engaging, interactive training sessions using effective facilitation techniques
• Skilled in designing and delivering training for non-voice channels (email, chat, ticketing)
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Proficient in Google Slides and knowledge base tools, or with interest in mobile gaming support
