Gothong Southern Shipping is seeking an Outbound Coordinator in Davao City, Philippines. The role focuses on accurate outbound processing, booking, BL issuance, and POS, with emphasis on compliant documentation, payments, and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Office Management, Communication or related four-year course.
• Advantage: Maritime Studies, Logistics or Supply Chain background.
• 1–2 years in Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping or related industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong documentation and data management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process outbound transactions accurately and timely (Booking, BL issuance, POS).
• Verify documents, manage amendments, and handle customer payments and collections.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports with compliance to policies and controls.
• Support Traffic Coordination and Manifesting, including loadlists and cargo documentation.
• Serve as reliever for Inbound Coordinator and potential SP candidate for CSS/DAT Head for continuity.
