Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Customer Service Representative in BGC, Taguig City. This onsite role requires shifting schedules and proactive outbound engagement with customers who have started therapy, delivering post-market support and ensuring a positive experience.

You will document all interactions in CRM, handle sensitive information responsibly, and meet productivity, quality, and customer experience targets in a high-volume environment while maintaining empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outbound customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication ability.
• Experience supporting customers via phone in a structured service environment.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to customers after they begin using our products to provide post-market support and address their needs.
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns and underlying issues.
• Help customers navigate friction or dissatisfaction to continue using the product confidently.
• Resolve questions and concerns within approved procedures and guidelines.
• Receive and document customer complaints accurately per protocols.
• Document every interaction, action, and outcome in CRM/case management systems.
• Take ownership of follow-ups and ensure timely closure with customers and internal teams.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams when necessary.
• Share recurring feedback and trends with team leads and Quality/Training teams.
