Marriage Reset is building a high-volume setter team to convert warm, ad-generated leads into calendar appointments for our US-based sales team. As an outbound setter, you’ll call leads who’ve shown interest, run a brief qualification call, and book qualified slots.

We offer a guaranteed floor of $1,000 per month plus a 10% commission on cash collected from your sets. You must have native-level English, be able to work US hours, and maintain a quiet home office with fast internet.

• Ability to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about personal topics.
• Available to work US time zones, 5–6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound volume by dialing warm, ad-generated leads daily.
• Run 15–30 minute screening calls to qualify fit and build intent.
• Book qualified leads onto the sales calendars.
• Follow up to re-engage leads who don’t book on first touch.
• Keep the pipeline clean with light sales admin.

Our ads generate a lot of leads every day, but many of them never book a call with our sales team. Right now, those leads just sit there. We're building a brand-new setter team to change that.

Marriage Reset is a personal development company that helps men save and strengthen their marriages through coaching. We run a high-volume, direct-response model: paid ads bring in warm leads, setters qualify them, and our sales team enrolls them into the program. The Role

Every lead you call has already raised their hand through our ads - they watched our content, showed interest, but didn't book a call on their own. No cold lists, no door knocking. Your job is to reach out to these unbooked leads, run a short evaluation call (think of it as a mini sales call), and book the qualified ones onto our sales team's calendars. Success in this role looks simple: turning leads that would otherwise go to waste into a full, high-quality calendar for our sales team - and growing commission checks for you.

What You'll Do

• Own outbound volume - dial :150 warm, ad-generated leads per day who haven't yet booked a call
• Run screening calls - 15-30 minute evaluation calls to qualify fit and build intent
• Book appointments - schedule qualified leads directly onto our sales team's calendars
• Follow up - persistently re-engage leads who don't book on the first touch
• Keep the pipeline clean - light sales admin

Compensation

• Minimum compensation (guaranteed floor): $1,000/month
• Commission: 10% of cash collected from your sets - uncapped

• Self-managing - you hit your numbers without being chased

Nice to have

• Prior appointment setting or phone sales experience
• Experience with dialers/CRMs such as Close, Aloware, or Dialer IO
