Job summary

PDAX in Manila is seeking a Junior Trader for Crypto and FX Trading to help manage OTC and foreign exchange trading operations, aiming to optimize profitability, ensure liquidity, and manage currency and crypto risk. This role supports the Treasury OTC product by servicing Prime client trades via voice channels and pricing trade flows while controlling residual risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in financial markets in sell-side sales and/or trading roles in OTC trading, treasury, or market-making, preferably in fintech, crypto, or banking.
Familiarity with institutional market sales is an advantage.
Familiarity with crypto markets, stablecoins, and fiat on/off ramps is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar market tools.

Responsibilities

Quote OTC crypto and FX trades to customers, ensuring competitive pricing while managing risk.
Monitor market-maker pricing and trends to inform pricing and hedging.
Manage crypto inventory and liquidity across fiat accounts.
Analyze spreads and arbitrage opportunities across exchanges.
Ensure compliance with BSP and AML regulations.
Collaborate with PDAX teams (BD, Product, Compliance) to support trading product.
Prepare daily/weekly trade reports, P&L summaries, and risk analyses for leadership.
