Job summary

PDAX is a pioneering cryptocurrency exchange in the Philippines, seeking a Treasury Risk role to safeguard markets, manage risk, and support regulatory compliance. You will engage in daily risk supervision, performance of exposures, and data-driven decision making within a fast-growing fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in finance or related fields with up to 2 years in risk management, and familiarity with both traditional and digital asset markets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates up to 2 years in financial risk management or related fields.
• Experience in trading environment risk management is a plus.
• Experience with both traditional and crypto markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Market and liquidity risk management daily tasks.
• Monitor CCR, credit scoring, and due diligence processes.
• Prepare treasury risk dashboards and reports.
• Support policy governance and control procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and regulatory reviews.
