Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking professionals with hands-on OT Security experience to support security managed services across client environments. You will focus on keeping operational environments secure, compliant, and resilient while collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires expertise in OT security frameworks, ICS/OT environments, and monitoring tools, with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement at the Cubao office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Operational Technology (OT) Security experience.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance.
• Familiarity with OT protocols like Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, OPC-UA.
• Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate OT risks.
• Experience with OT security monitoring tools and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and lead team execution to meet security objectives.
• Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on security initiatives.
• Provide solutions to security challenges across teams and environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align on security strategies.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure client requirements and standards are met.
