SAIC is seeking an ESS/FRCS Network Administrator in Manila, Philippines, to support the USPACOM contract. The role focuses on secure OT networks with required IT experience, with potential involvement in locations like Oahu, Guam, Japan and Thailand.

You will develop and operate ESS/FRCS networks on site, review upgrades, and participate in long-term site planning to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or 9+ years of relevant experience in its absence.
• Experience with ESS/FRCS/ICS/SCADA/BMS environments.
• Familiar with industrial and security system protocols.
• Hands-on with rugged industrial networking hardware (switches, firewalls).
• Experience applying STIGs and hardening in air-gapped/segmented ESS/FRCS.
• Knowledge of DoD security compliance (STIGs, GPOs, SCAP, Purdue Model).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure secure, highly available connectivity for ESS/FRCS networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot segmentation, routers, switches, firewalls, and ACLs.
• Apply STIGs and perform vulnerability remediations in segmented environments.
• Support Purdue Model-aligned network segmentation and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Use packet-capture tools (Wireshark) to monitor industrial and security protocols.
• Coordinate ESS/FRCS with IT systems and maintain instrumented interfaces.
• Apply patches and conduct regression testing on network devices.
• Monitor health of industrial/security network equipment.
• Develop ESS/FRCS network specs, diagrams, inventories, SOPs, and docs.
• Coordinate with site U.S. government representatives and communicate ESS/FRCS concepts.
