Job summary

SAIC Ltd. seeks an ESS/FRCS Network Administrator in Manila to support the USPACOM contract. The role emphasizes securing operation, maintenance, and sustainment of ESS and FRCS networks with a focus on OT, while IT experience is required.

You will review upgrades, plan long‑term site strategies, and ensure uninterrupted facility operations. Occasional remote work may be possible; travel to allied locations is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 9+ years of relevant experience, or 4 additional years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ESS/FRCS/ICS/SCADA/BMS environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control network protocols and asset hardening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure, highly available connectivity for ESS/FRCS networks and OT/ICS.
• Configure segmentation, ACLs, routers, switches, and firewalls in ESS/FRCS environments.
• Apply DISA STIGs and manage secure configurations in air‑gapped or segmented zones.
• Coordinate with site personnel and U.S. government representatives; produce technical documentation.
