We seek a candidate with 3-5 years of hands-on OT security experience, strong ICS/OT knowledge, and the ability to mentor a high-performing OT security team in a global context. Hybrid schedule, with salary up to PHP 200,000.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OT Security - Operational Technology Security.
• Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT / ICs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team execution as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security objectives.
• Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic planning and security operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives and OT/ICS projects.
