About the Role:

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Team Lead - OT / ics Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a hybrid setup in Cubao, Quezon City. We are looking for skilled OT Security professionals to support managed security services across client environments and ensure operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OT Security / Operational Technology Security
• Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT / ics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
