Job summary

SPD Jobs, Inc. seeks an experienced OSP Program Manager to oversee end-to-end fiber-optic project lifecycles in the Metro Manila area. You will drive FTTH builds, network upgrades, and maintenance across teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction crews, and vendors, enforce OSHA/NESC compliance, communicate risk assessments, and advance make-ready work with utilities. Strong English and prior telecom O&M leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in communications, computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in ICT industry network O&M and management.
• At least two years of experience in O&M team management or project management.
• Experience with Huawei or mainstream vendors such as Ericsson or Nokia preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Coordinate with engineering, construction crews, and third-party contractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.


• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, NESC, and environmental guidelines.


• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.


• Conduct site surveys to identify potential obstacles (e.g., permitting issues, utility conflicts) and develop solutions.


• Manage make-ready engineering and pole attachment agreements with utility companies.
