Responsibilities

Provides the detailed planning and design of OSP infrastructure, focusing on the transport core network.
Analyze network requirements and provide technical solutions that optimize fiber optics, aerial, and underground networks.
Contribute to the execution of OSP infrastructure projects, ensuring designs are translated into deployments.
Monitor project progress and work with the project management team to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
Conduct performance assessments and network audits, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Vendor teams to meet network requirements.
Ensure that all OSP projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and network maps.
Support fortification of aerial-to-underground cable transitions.
