Responsibilities

• Plan and design OSP infrastructure for the core transport network.
• Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions for fiber optics, aerial, and underground networks.
• Support project implementation to translate designs into deployments and track milestones.
• Evaluate network performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Vendors to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and industry standard compliance.
• Prepare design specs, maps, and performance reports for senior leadership.
