Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced OSP Manager to lead planning, deployment, and execution of fiber optic network projects in the Philippines. The role oversees OSP operations, supervises field teams, ensures on-time delivery, and enforces safety and telecom standards across projects.

You will manage budgets, review plans, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Telecommunications Engineering (or related field).
• PRC License is an advantage but not required.
• 5–10 years of experience in telecom, construction, or fiber optic projects.
• 3–5 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Extensive experience in OSP deployment, fiber optic installation, cable laying, pole erection, and network maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of OSP projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Manage field engineers and supervision teams; monitor productivity and timelines.

We are seeking an experienced OSP Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and execution of fiber optic network projects. This role is responsible for managing OSP operations, supervising field teams, ensuring project delivery, controlling budgets, and maintaining compliance with telecommunications standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of OSP projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Manage and oversee field engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.

OSP Operations Management

• Supervise fiber optic installation, cable laying, pole erection, and network maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Review engineering plans, network designs, and technical drawings.

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Optimize resource allocation and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and completion reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including project completion rates, on-time delivery, and team productivity.
• Maintain accurate project and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 5-10 years of experience in telecommunications, construction, or fiber optic network projects.
