Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, a leading regional food and agribusiness company, is seeking an Organizational Development Leader to design and optimize structure, roles, and reporting lines.

You will drive talent programs, succession planning, and career development while partnering with business leaders to embed change management and analytics into daily operations. Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading end-to-end processes in Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Competency Modeling.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading end-to-end processes in Organizational Design Review, Change Management, Career Development, and Talent Assessment.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading projects and initiatives in manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods or retail.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications especially in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to conduct comprehensive organization design reviews.
• Propose and implement redesigned structures, roles, reporting relationships and spans of control.
• Design and oversee the performance appraisal process; ensure fairness and transparency.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance metrics.
• Develop and implement talent programs including talent review, mapping, succession planning, and mobility.
• Design career development programs and frameworks showing progression opportunities.
• Implement multi-faceted talent assessment approaches with external vendors and internal partners.
• Ensure change management is integrated in Organizational Development initiatives and train change champions.
