Viventis Search Asia seeks an Organizational Development Manager to drive end-to-end learning strategies, culture alignment, and leadership development across nationwide retail operations. You will lead initiatives across onboarding, engagement, and internal communication while identifying capability gaps and guiding change management for company-wide initiatives and system rollouts.

• s.Evaluate training effectiveness and product knowledge retention to ensure high store-level service standards across all branches
