Job summary

Renal Clinical Care Services Inc. is seeking a responsible Orderly to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and orderliness of our dialysis facility in Tarlac City.

You will clean treatment areas, disinfect dialysis chairs, manage general and hazardous waste, assist during patient transitions, and support maintenance staff while following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, healthcare facilities, or similar work is an advantage.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning, sanitation, waste handling, and other facility tasks.
• Must reside in or near Fairlane, Tarlac City and have reliable commuting.
• Willing to work on assigned shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areas of the dialysis facility per infection control and safety protocols.
• Clean and disinfect treatment areas, dialysis chairs, waiting areas, offices, pantry, hallways, and other facility areas.
• Disinfect dialysis chairs and change chair covers/linens after each patient treatment transition.
• Collect, segregate, transport, and dispose of general and hazardous waste per procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting hazardous waste collection and disposal.
• Ensure cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment are complete, properly stored, and readily available.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, and supplies requiring replenishment to the supervisor.
• Assist during patient transitions by removing waste, maintaining treatment area cleanliness, and supporting crowd control.
• Perform scheduled general cleaning and floor maintenance of the facility.
• Assist Technical & Maintenance Staff with basic maintenance and repair activities when needed.
• Assist Logistics Staff/Driver with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain proper records and accomplish required logbooks and endorsements.
• Follow all company policies, infection control procedures, occupational safety requirements, and waste management protocols.
• Attend required training, safety activities, and quality improvement programs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
