PM Consulting seeks a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist in Taguig to manage end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials. You will coordinate with factories, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and accurate order management.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain and customer service within a multinational environment, with SAP ERP experience and strong MS

Responsabilités

• Portfolio & Master Data Management: maintain accurate customer and material master data; manage demand changes for manufacturing requirements.
• Order & Shipment Processing: process orders in ERP/planning systems; oversee end-to-end order fulfillment with factories, carriers, warehouses.
• Documentation & Customs Clearance: prepare order confirmations, invoices, and certificates for compliant customs clearance and billing.
• Business Continuity & Compliance: maintain back-up docs; support audits; review SOX-related reports across O2C, P2P, and Inventory.
• Financial & Service PO Administration: create service POs, post GRs, resolve invoice discrepancies, assist month/quarter/year-end closing with Finance.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: handle additional tasks and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Job Purpose

The Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials. This role acts as a vital link between factories, suppliers, customers, internal functional teams, and logistics partners to ensure high-quality operational support, accurate order management, and on-time, in-full delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Master Data Management: Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities for designated markets and customers; maintain accurate customer and material master data in system applications, applying demand change processes for manufacturing requirements.
• Order & Shipment Processing: Process sales and purchase orders within ERP and planning systems (such as SAP ECC, IBP, and Transportation Modules); oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and commodity shipments in collaboration with factories, carriers, and warehouses to minimize write-offs.
• Documentation & Customs Clearance: Establish standard system documentation (order confirmations, proforma invoices, export invoices, debit/credit memos) and non-system documentation (certificates of origin, freshness certificates, legalizations) to ensure compliant customs clearance, billing, and accounting.
• Business Continuity & Compliance: Maintain operational back-up documentation and manage handovers; adapt to regulatory, tax, or market changes; support internal/external audit queries and review financial control reports (SOX compliance) across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management processes.
• Financial & Service PO Administration: Create service purchase orders, post goods receipts (GR) accurately, resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, support month/quarter/year-end closing activities with Finance, and manage GR/IR clearing exercises.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Manage additional operational tasks and continuous improvement projects as requested by leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year course) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service within a multinational environment (with at least 12 months in an associate-level supply chain role).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or IBP) or equivalent enterprise ERP software, including logistics and transportation modules; advanced skills in MS Office.
• Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end international trade, supply chain management, order fulfillment, and export/import documentation.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in additional languages (such as French or Spanish) is an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving capabilities, accountability, ability to simplify complex processes, and a collaborative team-first mindset.
