Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an AR & Cash Management Specialist for night shift to support end-to-end treasury operations from a remote work setup. The role focuses on AR processing, bank statement handling, and reconciliation across global coverage hours.

The ideal candidate will have a Finance/Accounting background, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in SAP. Night shift schedule applies, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or a business field.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking, or Treasury.
• Strong analytical skills, MS Excel, and bank reconciliation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process daily AR transactions including cash application, incoming receipts, credit notes, sundry invoices, and bad debt write-offs.
• Handle bank statement processing, daily bank uploads, clearing open items, and bank/GL reconciliations.
• Support Treasury projects such as AR securitization, supply chain financing, and automated bank charges reporting.
• Execute assigned J-SOX controls and maintain compliance with audit guidelines.

• Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Work Setup: 100% Work From Home | Shift: Nightshift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• About the Role: Supports nightshift cash management tasks, bank statement matching, AR clearing, and Treasury operational support during global coverage hours.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily AR transactions including cash application, incoming receipts, credit notes, sundry invoices, and bad debt write-offs.
  • Handle bank statement processing, daily bank uploads, clearing open items, and bank/GL reconciliations.
  • Support Treasury projects such as AR Securitization, Supply Chain Financing, and automated bank charges reporting.
