MicroSourcing in Paranaque City is seeking an Order Processing Specialist for onsite day shift. You will process sales orders, update inventory, and coordinate deliveries, contributing to smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 24 months of work experience with prior Admin duties.
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with learning new software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Process customers' sales orders via in-house systems before cut-off.
• Update and maintain customer inventory using company systems.
• Book shipments with freight company and manage delivery schedule.
• Perform ad-hoc data entry and general admin tasks.
• Respond to customer queries by email.

Responsibilities

• Processing customers' sales orders via in-house systems/database before cut-off time.
• Updating, managing and maintaining customer's inventory using appropriate systems, software, processes and procedures.
• Making bookings with the appropriate freight company and managing delivery schedule.
• Adhoc data entry and data management and any other admin/ office tasks.
• Responding to customers’ queries via email.

Qualifications

• Have been in the workforce at least 24 months and previous Admin duties experience (12 months and/or above)
• Computer literate and confident in learning new systems, software and online portals. Competency in MS programs (especially Excel)
• Confident and competent in navigating on the web.
• Can cope under pressure and work in fast-paced environment.
