Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. is seeking an Operation Support Specialist/Order Management Specialist in Metro Manila to manage client order requirements, verify details with Sales and Operations, and maintain accuracy in encoding documents.

You will act as a liaison among Sales, Finance, IT, CX, and Operations to ensure orders are created, funded, released and billed correctly. Strong communication and eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or IT preferred.
• Clear and effective communication with colleagues.
• Keen eye for detail and vigilance.
• Exposure to internal systems is a plus.
• Team player with drive to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client order requirements and verify details with Sales and Operations teams.
• Encode client information accurately and prepare agreements from Sales documents.
• Review fund request orders and codes for Finance release.
• Provide support to internal and external clients via status inquiries and contract extensions.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, IT, CX and Operations to ensure orders are created, funded, released and billed correctly.
• Handle order lifecycle challenges and escalate to leadership for quick resolution.
• Maintain timely team communications to meet SLAs.
