InsideOut is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to own the complete order lifecycle from client request through supplier coordination to delivery and invoicing. The role centers on managing a high-volume email workflow with precision and timely communication across clients and vendors.

You will ensure accuracy in order details, production specs, and pricing while coordinating artwork and proofs, resolving bottlenecks, and driving seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in the promotional products/custom print industry is required.
• Near-native/fluent written English skills for professional customer emailing.
• High-volume email management experience with detail-heavy order queues.
• Quick to adopt specialized workflows and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the order lifecycle from intake to supplier coordination, production tracking, invoicing.
• Manage the email inbox as the primary operations hub and drive workflows with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators, and couriers via email and phone.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, inventory shortages, or shipping delays and resolve them proactively.
• Coordinate artwork and proofs with internal designers and ensure client approvals prior to production.
• Ensure accuracy of order details, product specs, and pricing.
