Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA Inc is seeking an Order Fulfillment Analyst in the Philippines to ensure efficient execution of customer orders from receipt to delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and within agreed service timelines.
• Monitor order fulfillment performance and proactively address supply, inventory, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Analyze order fulfillment, stock allocation, and service level data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide timely communication and resolution of customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Generate operational reports and insights to support business decisions and supply chain performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and supply chain processes.
