Qualifications

• Graduate in business, computer, or IT with supply chain/analytics background preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in operations or service industries (logistics, finance, supply chain, IT)
• Trained or certified in Lean, Supply Chain, or Project Management with applied project experience
• Experience in systems integration, efficiency initiatives, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Knowledge of business processes in Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or IT
• Experience in KPI monitoring and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales order processing and stock allocation in ERP, ensuring FEFO and loadout requirements while optimizing transport capacity and costs
• Coordinate with distribution, logistics, and customers to ensure timely fulfillment
• Prioritize critical stock levels, monitor delivery capacity, and support process improvements and KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business, computer, or information technology-related course, with a background in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or IT preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in operations or service industries (Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or Continuous Improvement), with experience in ISO, EMS, FSSC, or HACCP environments preferred
• Trained or certified in Lean, Supply Chain, or Project Management, with applied project experience
• Experience in systems integration, efficiency initiatives, and cross-functional team collaboration preferred
• Knowledge of business processes in Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or IT
