VidaXL Services (PH) Inc. is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support the Order Management department in day-to-day order-related tasks and coordinate closely with the GOM team and AM team to ensure accurate data and timely processing.

Primary responsibilities include channel operations such as uploading orders for new and existing channels, monitoring shipping status, unblocking orders, and handling other OM-related tasks to improve overall order flow and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with order management processes is preferred.

• Upload orders manually for new and existing channels.
• Monitor shipping status and ensure timely updates on orders.
• Unblock orders and resolve operational blockers to maintain smooth flow.
• Assist with other OM-related tasks as needed to support the department.

Summary of job role and place in organization:

As an Order Entry Specialist within the Order Management department, your key responsibility is to support the Order Entry department in order-related tasks. The Order Entry Specialist will have close contact with the GOM team and AM team.

Purpose of the Job:

The Order Entry Specialist support and improve current order operational processes. For example: "Order Processing" and "Shipment confirmation". Besides this, within the role, one is responsible for other OM-related processes with an operational nature.

Responsibilities/core tasks, authorizations:

1. Channel operation task: Upload orders manually for new and existing channels
2. Channel operation task: Monitoring shipping status
3. Handling and processing (operation) tasks and processes in an effective way: e.g. Unblocking orders
4. Other related tasks
