Job summary

A meat processing company in Metro Manila is seeking an Order and Billing Officer responsible for processing and billing customer orders accurately. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with some supervisory experience. Skills in SAP and advanced Excel are essential, alongside strong analytical and leadership abilities. A compressed work schedule is offered, with no weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, billing, or sales accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
• With at least 1 year of supervisory role experience.
• Knowledge of VAT, EWT, and BIR billing regulations.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) process.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and food industry processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer orders are accurately processed, billed, and recorded.
• Act as the link between ADD, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting.
• Ensure every product delivered is properly invoiced, documented, and ready for collection.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Order and Billing Officer is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are accurately processed, billed, and recorded in accordance with company policies, contracts, and pricing agreements. This role acts as the link between ADD, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting, ensuring that every product delivered is properly invoiced, documented, and ready for collection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA is an advantage
• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, billing, or sales accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. With at least 1 year of supervisory role experience.
