JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient daily operations of all stores. This role guarantees smooth workflow by monitoring operational compliance, conducting regular branch inspections, and ensuring that sales, service quality, and operational standards are consistently achieved.

The Operations Supervisor oversees sales performance, staffing schedules, and inventory management across branches while providing direct support to store teams. Additionally, this position is responsible for cross-department coordination, data gathering and consolidation, benchmarking best practices, andimplementing operational improvementsto enhance store productivity and performance.
