TASQ is seeking an Oracle Tech Consultant Senior Manager in the Philippines, based in Taguig with a hybrid work setup. You will specialize in Oracle applications, install, configure, administer, develop, and support Oracle products across client environments to drive modernization and efficiency.

You will lead global teams, mentor colleagues, and apply systems thinking to complex projects while delivering effective client outcomes and clear communications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10–15 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
• Senior level with Oracle technology exposure and consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and implement Oracle software solutions to support transformation.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration of Oracle technologies.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Data Integration usage.

In this role, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive operational efficiency and strategic success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions to optimize operational efficiency

• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle technologies within client organizations
• Developing strategic technology plans to enhance the use of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Data Integration
• Guiding teams in process improvement and optimization to achieve strategic objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify opportunities for Oracle application development and business intelligence enhancements
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within Oracle technology projects- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve challenges
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Leveraging influence and skills in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
