Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting seeks an Oracle Technology Director to lead modernization and strategic technology initiatives for a global accounting client. Hybrid work in BGC, Taguig, with 2-4 onsite days weekly.

You will direct Oracle cloud, SaaS, and PaaS projects, drive business development, and manage executive-level client relationships while building high-performing teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 14+ years in relevant roles; 10+ years in Oracle project/portfolio leadership.
• Led multiple full-cycle Oracle implementations; 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud deployments.
• Strong Oracle Cloud, SaaS/PaaS experience with data migration and go-live.
• Executive-level client-facing, stakeholder management, and business development.
• Experience with Oracle ADF and Oracle BI Publisher is a plus; OCI certs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Oracle technology consulting initiatives and complex client engagements.
• Oversee full-cycle Oracle implementations from planning to post-implementation support.
• Lead teams delivering Oracle solutions across cloud and on premise environments.
• Identify market opportunities and develop Oracle solutions to drive growth.
• Build executive-level client relationships and ensure engagement success.
• Lead distributed teams across countries and collaborate with the network.
• Coach technical and consulting leaders to foster a high-performing culture.
• Drive strategic decisions, continuous improvement, and meet standards.
