RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle Technology Consulting Senior Manager to lead the Digital Core Modernization effort. You will provide strategic and technical leadership across Oracle products, OCI, and data integration, guiding client engagements and teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions.

You will drive architectural decisions, manage complex projects, and mentor staff while building strong client partnerships in a hybrid work setting in the Taguig area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 10+ years in Oracle technology consulting and client delivery.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations and OCI/delivery.
• Strong English communication and leadership in multi‑team settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle technology consulting engagements including installation, configuration, development, integration and support.
• Analyze client requirements and design Oracle solutions for transformation and efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies leveraging OCI and Oracle cloud technologies.
• Guide teams in BI, development, integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Foster client relationships and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor teams while ensuring successful project delivery.

About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our client's Digital Core Modernization team and lead Oracle technology consulting initiatives and client engagements. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across Oracle products and enterprise solutions, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integration, application development, and business intelligence. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs, deliver technology solutions, drive operational improvements, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle technology consulting engagements, including the installation, configuration, administration, development, integration, and support of Oracle products and solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and lead the design and implementation of Oracle solutions that support business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute technology strategies leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integration, and other Oracle cloud and enterprise technologies.
• Lead teams in application development, business intelligence, process optimization, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for technology improvements, and communicate clear recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking and strategic problem-solving to address complex technical and business challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead teams through complex situations, make sound decisions, and provide strategic direction to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering high-performing, diverse, and collaborative teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in Oracle technology consulting, enterprise applications, and client-facing delivery.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, including integrations, extensions, enhancements, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or VB Studio, Oracle APEX, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle application development, integration, and business intelligence technologies.
• Proven experience leading complex Oracle technology projects, including project planning, delivery management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical or consulting teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains is an advantage.
