Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced Oracle Tech Consultant Manager to lead client projects across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, focusing on Oracle applications and the Digital Core Modernization practice.

You will lead teams, mentor junior staff, and drive strategic technology planning using Oracle ADF, OCI, and BI tools to deliver measurable business impact. Hybrid work setup in Taguig/Metro Manila with flexible scheduling and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
7 to 11 years of experience.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions.
Manage client support and training for seamless integration of Oracle business applications.
Analyze client needs to develop and implement software solutions.
Guide teams in strategic technology planning and execution.
Utilize Oracle ADF and OCI to support business transformation initiatives.
Promote process improvement and optimization with Oracle BI tools.
Mentor team members and manage performance to meet client expectations.
Ensure project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion meet quality standards.
