Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking an AES Oracle HCM Talent Management Associate to support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for talent management, performance, and workforce planning. You will gather client needs, document processes, and assist with testing and training in a dynamic, globally connected team.

You will work under supervision to grow technical skills, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to successful delivery within PwC's Digital Core Modernisation practice, across advisory, assurance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1 to 3 years of experience preferred.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Support Oracle HCM talent management workstreams across client projects.
Analyze client requirements for talent management processes and translate into application solutions.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud talent management features to support performance, succession, and workforce planning needs.
Assist with data collection, validation, and issue resolution during implementation and support activities.
Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and process flows for Oracle HCM deliverables.
Participate in system testing, defect tracking, and solution refinement across project phases.
Provide user support and help prepare training materials for Oracle HCM end users.
Apply Oracle HCM knowledge to help improve talent management processes and client operations.
