Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is hiring a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure resources, including compute, networking, and storage, with identity services.

You will drive security, monitoring, and cost optimization in OCI, automate provisioning, support Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud integrations, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable deployments and on‑call incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud modules and their operational requirements.
• Understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
• Amenable to shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage OCI resources (compute, network, storage, identity).
• Implement security policies, monitoring, and cost optimization in OCI.
• Automate provisioning using Resource Manager or similar tools.
• Support Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud modules with IT teams.
• Manage integrations and migrations for Oracle SaaS apps.
• Troubleshoot OCI-Oracle connectivity and performance issues.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for Oracle deployments (GitHub).
• Monitor and alert with OCI Monitoring, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks; participate in on-call.
