Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a dedicated individual to support clients post go-live and engage in various client projects. Responsibilities include providing functional application leadership, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication with clients. This role requires independent work and effective task management.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, requirements gathering, creating documentation, and testing is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the SCM modules
• Work with clients to develop solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met
• Assist in documentation and provide training
• Collaborate with technical resources for integrations, documentation, and complex issue resolution
• Act as a liaison between client teams, both technical and functional in nature
• Present updates to clients on a regular basis

Preferred experience

• Working specifically with Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement work areas
• Hands on experience in configuration, requirements gathering, creating documentation, and testing
• Experience working alongside and communicating directly with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Must be able to maintain fluent communication both orally and writing in English.
