Nexus Recruitment Group seeks a Financial Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle Cloud ERP for the finance function. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring ERP modules, testing, and providing ongoing user support to drive system effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience, strong financial process knowledge, and the ability to document, test, and train users. Onsite in BGC with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (AP, AR, GL).
• Solid understanding of financial processes and ERP configuration.
• Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
• Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules, including workflows, reports, and system interfaces.
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support end-user training.
• Maintain clear system documentation and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Recommend enhancements and contribute to ongoing Oracle ERP system improvements.
