Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Financial Business Systems Analyst III for an on-site role in the Philippines. The candidate will optimize Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Project Accounting) through configuration, testing, and support, while collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure system integrity.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience, strong OTBI reporting skills, and a solid grasp

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, and Project Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM modules; familiarity with HCM and SCM is a plus.
• Proficient in Oracle reporting tools, especially OTBI.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and their application within Oracle systems.
• Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of working independently in complex, ambiguous environments.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Business Systems Analyst III with expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP. This role focuses on optimizing Financials modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) through configuration, customization, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Work closely with stakeholders to assess and define business requirements.

Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation for Oracle ERP Financials modules.

System Configuration & Customization

Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules to align with business processes.

Customize workflows, reports, and system interfaces to meet evolving needs.

Testing & Implementation

Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity.

Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve identified issues.

User Support & Training

Provide expert-level support for users, resolving functional issues promptly.

Deliver training and maintain user-friendly documentation for ongoing system use.

Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
