Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Financial Business Systems Analyst III for an on-site role in the Philippines. The candidate will optimize Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Project Accounting) through configuration, testing, and support, while collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure system integrity.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience, strong OTBI reporting skills, and a solid grasp

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, and Project Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM modules; familiarity with HCM and SCM is a plus.
• Proficient in Oracle reporting tools, especially OTBI.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and their application within Oracle systems.
• Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of working independently in complex, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering & analysis, working with stakeholders to define business needs.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation for Oracle ERP Financials modules.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules to align with business processes.
• Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces to meet needs.
• Develop and execute test plans; oversee UAT and resolve issues.
• Provide expert-level user support; deliver training and documentation.
• Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps; recommend enhancements.
