Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking an OPTICA Executive to drive sales and coordinate end-to-end supply chain for the OPTICA program in the Negros Occidental region. The role collaborates with factory sales, customer service, QA and MIS teams to ensure timely updates and optimal performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in apparel/factory operations, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to communicate complex technical details to stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in apparel/trim/label manufacturing or factory ops.
• Familiarity with barcode printers (thermal transfer) and labels.
• Data analysis, inventory tracking and metrics reporting using Excel.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Able to troubleshoot in high-pressure manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive OPTICA sales in assigned territory.
• Implement OPTICA solutions in target markets.
• Identify new/migration opportunities with factory sales.
• Meet/exceed revenue plans for OPTICA.
• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain for ODL consumables to ensure uptime.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with field service engineers.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service for timely updates.
• Ensure correct pricing with GPD teams and item setup.
• Support QA to resolve client quality issues promptly.
