Citi is seeking an Ops Sup Intermed Analyst (Training & Capability Enablement) to design, deliver and govern strategic operational training programs across Operations. You will partner with AVPs, Operations Heads, Product Managers, and Compliance to translate regulatory updates into actionable training and to improve RSAT and process adherence.

The role emphasizes capability gap analytics, KPI measurement, change leadership during migrations, and frontline coaching.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5+ years in operations support, instructional design, training delivery, or process improvement within financial services.
• Proficiency in data analytics to assess performance trends and KPIs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and familiarity with enterprise learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and regulatory standards.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders (AVPs, Compliance, Risk).
• Demonstrated change leadership and ability to drive organizational adoption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to convey regulatory concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deliver, and oversee targeted training programs for frontline officers and teams.
• Translate regulatory updates and product changes into actionable training interventions.
• Monitor post-training metrics and refine modules to improve error reduction and service quality.
• Conduct capability gap analytics to identify root causes of defects and learning trends.
• Provide executive insights and reporting to guide leadership decisions and process optimizations.
