Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in Laguna is seeking personnel to support Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controls.

The role focuses on proper handling of hardware and products on the production line, ensuring quality and zero line rejections. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, ability to work both independently and in teams, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement EMS, QMS and ESD.
• Ensure proper handling of hardware, equipment and products on the line.
• Maintain product quality and aim for zero line rejection.
• Report leaves and vacations as required.
• Escalate line issues to the supervisor on duty.

Job Description

• Supports and implements Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality
• Management System (QMS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
• Responsible for the proper handling of hardware, equipment and products being observed in line
• Responsible for the quality of his/her products, preventing any quality issues in the line & aiming for zero Lot Rejection Rate.
• Responsible for informing immediate vacation leaves and sick leaves
• Escalates/ reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor on duty.
