Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Philippines, Inc. in Manila seeks an Operator to support the production team, follow schedules, and contribute to the mass production of photodiodes and sensors.

You will work under the Team Leader, ensure safety, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to maintain quality and reliability. The role welcomes fresh graduates from Senior High School STEM tracks, and experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage but not required.

Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions inDesign and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking forOperatorwho shall support the Team Leader in the implementation of all production instructions and schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.
• Provides labor requirements for the assembly and testing of Aimpoint COA LED products.
• Ensures that required products and volume are consistently met with high quality and reliability.
• Ensures also other production KPI's are consistently met. Any issue which would result to not meeting the targets should immediately be relayed to the Supervisor and Engineers for discussion and finding resolution

Requirements:

• Senior Highschool Graduate-STEM track

• Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is an advantage but not required.

• Will accept fresh Sr. HS graduate under STEM track.

• Must know how to communicate with colleagues, Superiors and Engineers
• Positive attitude towards work
• Must be keen observer
• Willing to render overtime when needed

• Willing to be cross trained to other process stations for flexibility
