What You’ll Own

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Deliver structured training sessions using standardized materials to build foundational knowledge in assigned topics.
• Apply any prior training delivery or subject matter experience to support learner engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
• Qualify for the role with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with no strict requirement for prior professional experience.

It’s a bonus if you have

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with the ability to manage the full training lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation).
• A relevant training certification, demonstrating strong facilitation and instructional design capabilities.
• Proficiency in a second language to effectively support diverse learners and global operations.
