What You’ll Own

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, application statuses, and recruitment trackers in Workday.
• Support offer management, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and HR teams to meet hiring goals.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms.
• Exposure to high-volume hiring, BPO, shared services, or fintech environments.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies or external vendors.
• Knowledge of onboarding, recruitment reporting, and hiring administration.

What Part Will You Play?

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial resume screening and pre-qualification of applicants based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update application statuses in Workday and other recruitment trackers.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and provide timely status updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing and extending employment offers and collecting pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Support onboarding activities by ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and HR teams to support hiring initiatives and meet staffing targets.
• Assist in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition projects as needed.
