Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Team Lead, Service Delivery to oversee an onsite team in Five Ecom, Pasay City. You will train, motivate, and guide associates to achieve client and company metrics while ensuring quality customer experiences across interactions.

• Support the company by reducing absenteeism and optimizing occupancy.
